Ruben is a PhD candidate under supervision of Prof. M.-F. Moens at KU Leuven. He joined the Computer Science department in 2019. He is working on the ERC funded CALCULUS project and on the FWO funded DeepTempl project. He has worked on learning-to-rank with neural networks for question answering before, and now researches text-guided image synthesis.
